This site is designed to provide in-depth information about the many, many options available when using our API. On the left side you will find a navigation-type grouping of links. These are to help sort functionality of the many different routes available to accessing data via the API.

The pertinent information for making calls to the API can be found under each route. Listed in alphabetical order with an associated description, once clicked, these links will expand and expose a sample request in JSON format. Each parameter in the color-coded sample is explained in greater depth so that you can feel fully knowledgable about what information you are including in every call you make.

Each route will have at least one REST call that can be made. These calls are also color-coded, have the full route expressed including parameters and an associated description. Some routes may have subroutes, which can be found at the bottom of that routes information. These subroutes will expand to show the same type of information provided by the parent route.

On the right-hand side of the screen the feed back tab ( which is how you are most likely viewing this message) will, once clicked, prompt you will two options: to Contact support, or Give feedback. If you come across a problem with the API, have trouble with a route, don't understand what portion of Mx Merchant your call populates or where to view your calls result, please do not hesitate to use the 'Contact support' option. As a bonus feature, it is possible to attach a file to your submission which may help with resolving any problems more quickly. This will email Priority directly and you will be contacted for assistance.

If you feel you've solved a problem or have information worth sharing to others to save time, trouble, money or that you feel could be beneficial to others in any shape or form, do not hesitate to help us or others by posting your ideas! This can be accomplished using the 'Give feedback' option. Others will be able to comment on your posts as well as vote on their popularity.

Let's all make this a great experience!

Can somebody help out a complete wet-behind-the-ears keyboard banger? I am just trying to understand and implement the JSON concept. I got hold of one script, but it produced errors and I cannot for the life of me figure out why! If I could see a working form that includes JSON data, it would be worth a six pack to me...
